Asheville Fit Tribe is designed for all fitness levels and all ages. You can start exactly where you are today. Trainer Preston trains to the top athlete and provides plenty of success options so no matter what you will get an awesome workout at your pace.

Positive Community

We believe we are all better together! You will feel accepted by friendly fit Asheville folks. You will workout beside others who are on a similar journey as you. The power of the group will help you push past what you would be able to accomplish all alone. We have an online community, virtual fit tribe community, and run super fun events on the weekends.

I found Asheville Fit Tribe in September 2021 after having moved to Asheville. I’ve never been one to stick to a workout routine very long- pretty boring. Preston created an amazing fitness community with Asheville Fit Tribe. From day 1, I was welcomed by Preston as well as all of the Fit Tribe warriors. After a week, I was hooked- every day is different, fun, and challenging. On top of that, it’s a social community where you get to meet a lot of great people. EVERYONE is welcome here regardless of ability or age. The workouts are outside in the fresh air where you can work out with a under a beautiful sunrise or a sunset and you won’t mind working out in all types of weather- no excuses! There is no ego with Preston- he’s helpful, kind, and all around a great person. The community he’s created is also wonderful, kind, supportive and motivating. Never thought I would work out 3-5 days a week but it’s become part of my routine and I’m loving every minute of it.

This is so much more than an exercise group. This is a community of people who support and encourage each other. The workouts are amazing too! Every one is different, so your muscles are always guessing and getting stronger. Getting outside in ALL types of weather is also a part of the fun! I was worried about the cold weather, but it’s quickly become my favorite. Words can’t describe how grateful I am for the Asheville Fit Tribe post that scrolled across my FB feed about their free week offer. I’m so happy I pushed outside my comfort zone and I decided to give it a try.

I had been commuting from my bedroom to my my dining room (office) to the couch (for after work entertainment).

Now I have the opportunity to get outside, see Preston and rest of the Fit Tribe to get me moving and motivated. The workouts are exactly as challenging as you need them to be, where ever you are at in your fitness journey. There is a trainer keeping an eye on you to make sure you have good form and for that extra added nudge, right when you need it. The people are friendly, but not too much. It’s all around awesome!
